Nestled between the Bolshaya and Malaya Almatinka Gorges, Kok-Zhailau is a stunning alpine plateau at 2,250 meters, offering lush meadows, Tien Shan spruce forests, and breathtaking panoramic views. This 18 km round-trip trek takes you through scenic trails, mountain streams, and wildflower-filled landscapes, making it an ideal escape from the city. Suitable for hikers of all levels, the route is accessible year-round, with green valleys in summer, golden hues in autumn, and a snow-covered wonderland in winter.

13:00 - Begin descent from the valley towards the Big Almaty Gorge
15:00 - At the parking area near the national park barrier, a car will be waiting to transfer you back to your hotel/hostel
